Fossilized Phoenix

This idea began, as all great ideas do, over a discussion between guys one-up-ing each other while drinking beer. The topic: cool things to paint on our cars. I thought along the lines that many "art cars" just have a painted or decal firebird on them, so I thought I'd want my own version of that with a prehistoric twist. So I found a picture of the Humboldt Archeopteryx and decided that it should be set on fire. New twist on an old classic. I have yet to paint this on my car's hood because re-registering your car's paint job in Maryland is pretty expensive.
